The apartment decor impressed me with its modern elegance. The garden view was lovely, perfect for sipping my morning brew outside. Plus, the host was accommodating, allowing me an early check-in despite my last-minute request.

I noticed a bit of dust in some corners .

The rooms are big with appliances, comfy sofa and the bedroom.

affable staff, airy room, in general i appreciated this superior hotel. the location was residential, just off the seafront, and the beach and short walk in to centre of st annes. had tea and goodies at alice's tearoom, nestled 1 km of the property. the service provided there was welcoming. in addition, parking was on street.

The apartment had gorgeous decor that created a cute atmosphere. The bathroom was a standout feature, providing pure luxury with excellent shower facilities. I particularly enjoyed the cozy seating area in the garden, perfect for enjoying some fresh air and a cup of tea.

A few minor maintenance details could improve the overall experience.

Great location, just a few mins walk to the seafront and town centre. Kitted out with everything you need, tasteful decor, and a comfy sofa.

Bed was small for a high-end hotel. A king size is expected. Noisy toilet after flushing that required slamming the door. Minor maintenance needed on the front door. Issues with cleanliness, such as dust and cobwebs, along with a cracked shower tray and worn furniture. Heavy smell of marijuana outside one morning.

The small bedroom was cozy, but the bathroom had excellent fittings and very spacious lounge.

Nice place with great amenities like wi-fi, outdoor dining area, and off-site car park. I remember my first stay when the staff helped me with heavy baggage. Highly recommended for comfort! I'm coming back for my next city trip.

The apartment was super clean and roomy, even had a full kitchen with all the utensils you need (including a dishwasher!). It's in a super location, just a short walk to St Annes Square and the sea.

The spacious lounge and well-equipped kitchen made this apartment a comfortable choice. The bed was smaller than expected for this level of accommodation, and the noise from a flushing toilet bordered on disruptive. A musty smell lingered in the air, which detracted from the overall ambiance. Enjoyable baked apples were a nice touch.

This place was just a solid selection for a quick layover in Lytham St Annes with excellent value for money. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals without hassle. Parking can be a bit tighter, so it's best to arrive early if you have a vehicle.

I like staying at Mode Apartments St Annes in Lytham St Annes. the hotel is quiet, and the staff are helpful. the studio apartment is big with a view of the street. A walk-in shower is provided. the location is good, with a saltwater lake just 2 km away. the airport is easy to reach, only 10 km away.

The location of this place is fantastic, just a short walk from the sea and St Thomas' Church.
